1. Purchase
Purchase online your HP Recovery Media. Input your Product Number in this page to see if your printer is eligible for a Recovery Disk
2. Receive
Choose the place and time of delivery at Check Out. Free Standard delivery (within 10 days).
3. Install
Insert the HP recovery media on your PC and follow instructions to restore your product to its original configuration
Step 1: Shopping cart
When you have selected the article of your choice, you can add it to your shopping cart by clicking on the button "add to cart". After that you click on the button "go to checkout". In your shopping cart you will find an overview of all the articles you have added to your cart. Here you can still make changes (removing, adding products or changing the amount of a certain article). If you have a voucher code, you can insert it here as well. When you want to complete your order, you click on the "to address details" button.
Step 2: Address details
In the second step in the checkout you can insert your address details. In this step it is possible to add different invoice and delivery addresses. After that you can select the payment method of your choice. To complete your order, you click on the button "complete payment".
Note: when you choose to pay with a bank transfer, your order will only be send when we have received your payment. This will delay the shipment of your order.
Step 3: Complete payment
In the last step you will go to the payment page where you can complet your payment. After completing all the payment steps, you will go to the confirmation page of your order. Your will receive an order confirmation via e-mail. When we received your payment, we will process your order and send it to you. In case you have ordered a product that needs to be send to you per mail, you will receive a shipment confirmation for your order via e-mail.
After you have completed your order it is not possible to make changes to your order, because your order is packed and shipped almost immediately. In case you have ordered products that are shipped to you via mail, once you received your order, you have the possibility to return the products within 14 days without declaring a reason of return.

You can check your order status by logging in to your account in the webshop. In case you don't have an account, you can also check your order status by filling in your order number and e-mail address on the order status page.
In the order status you can find a complete overview of your order and the current status.
Possible statuses and their explanations:
- Pending: your payment has not been received yet
- Confirmed your order and payment has been received and is being handled
- Shipped: your order has been send
- Cancelled: your order has been cancelled and will not be handled
If your order will be send by mal, you will also find a track and trace link in your order status. With this link you can check de status of the shipment with the carrier.

How does a payment via creditcard work?
You can pay for your order using MasterCard and VISA creditcards. To secure your data, the information will be sent encoded. Once you have completed your order, the amount will be withdrawn directly.
How does a payment via bank transfer work?
Via a bank transfer you will transfer the designated amount to the bank account of our Payments Service Provider, Docdata Payments. The necessary information to complete the bank transfer will be sent to you by email.
Please note that your order will be officially placed once we have received your payment. If you choose bank transfer as a payment option, it usually takes 3-4 business days for your order to be shipped.
Any additional costs for the bank transfer will be charged to you. We recommend you to pay the bank transfer within 2 weeks.
After receiving your payment, it usually takes around 3 to 4 business days for your order to be shipped.
I have paid my bank transfer a while ago, but the status of my order is still `handling` (payment not yet received'. What can I do?
When you see that the payment of your bank transfer still hasn't been processed after 4 working days, please send an e-mail to helpdesk@best2serve.com and send a copy of your payment proof along in the attachment. The payment proof should include the following information:
Your account number;
Accountholder name;
Accountholder place;
Name of the bank;
Place of the bank;
IBAN number;
BIC code;
Reference used to make the payment;
Account to which the payment was send.
With your payment proof we will probably still be able to track your payment together with our Payment Service Provider (Docdata Payments) and connect it to your order.
You can check whether your payment has been received by loggin in to your account in the webshop. In case you don't have an account, you can also check the status of your payment by inserting the order number and your e-mail address on this page.
In the order status you can find a complete overview of your order as well as the status of your payment. If the status of your order displays "handling", this means that your payment has not yet been received.
Where can I find my invoice?
You can view the invoice of your order through the link view invoices. By filling in your oder number and e-mail address you will be able to view your invoice.
When you are a registered user of Best2Serve you can see the invoices by logging into your account with your e-mail address and password.
I have received more than one invoice, but I've only placed one order. Why did I more than one invoice?

Because of European Law and regulations, it is possible that for some products and/ or services the applied VAT rate differs from the VAT rate applicable in the country where the customer lives. Due to the European Law and regulations it is possible that you receive multiple invoices for 1 order. Why I do not have an invoice including my company VAT?
There Best2Serve is a business to consumer company, we do not sent out invoices with your VAT number, we do include our VAT number.
The price of the shipping costs depends on the ordered amount and the type of products/ services. For a complete overview of shipping costs per country, please view the shipping costs page.
When completing your order, you will see an indication of the expected delivery date for the selected products on the product page.
You can check the real delivery date in your account in the webshop. In case you don't have an account, you can check the status of your order by filling in your order number and e-mail address on this page.
Can I send my order to a P.O. Box?
No, it is not possible to send your order to a P.O. box. Our carrier cannot deliver packages to P.O. boxes and will return these packages to us.
Unfortunately it is not possible to change your shipping address after the order has been placed. This is because your order is packed and shipped almost immediately. If your order cannot be delivered due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address, your package will be returned to our warehouse by the carrier.
During what period can I return my order?
You have the right to return your order within 14 days, no questions asked. After this period you can only return your order by providing us with a valid reason of return and approval by our Customer Service department.
What are the conditions for returning an order?
Services
You have the right to cancel the purchase within 14 working days from the day after receipt of the product free of charge and without giving reasons. For service products (HP Care Pack, McAfee services, Absolute, HP Technical Phone Support, HP repairs) the service cannot be revoked if you have already used the service in its entirety. Think of an HP Technical Phone Support service that you have already fully used. If you have used part of the service, the used part will be deducted from your refund. Think of a McAfee LiveSafe subscription that you have already used for 2 weeks before canceling it.
If you wish to return the ordered service or for any other reason wish to receive compensation for a service already provided, please contact us via the contact form.
Physical products
You have the right to return the purchase within 14 working days from the day after receipt of the product free of charge and without giving any reason. Shipping costs for the return of physical products (HP Recovery Media and supplies) are paid by the customer. Return shipments are at your own risk. Always ask for a track & trace number.
Please pay attention to the following points:
- The item has not been used or damaged during the period that you had it on view
- The item is complete
- The item is in the original, undamaged packaging
- If you would like to return your order, please contact us via the contact form.
What are the costs for returning?
Returning your items is done at your own expense, unless agreed upon differently due to the nature of your return. Returns with insufficient postage will not be accepted and cannot be credited.
How can I return an article?
In case you want to return your order, you can contact us via the contact form. After filling in the form, you will receive instructions via email on returning your order. You will receive an email from us when your return has been processed.
What do I do when I have received an incorrect or damaged article?
When you receive your order, please check the content of your order thoroughly. Incorrect or damaged articles can be returned. We will send you a replacement or will refund the value of the article(s). Would you like to receive another product? Please place a new order.
When will I receive my refund?
The term of receiving your refund, depends on the chosen payment method. Once we have received your return and have refunded you the money, we will inform you by email. If you have not received the refund within three weeks after our Customer Support Team has informed you, please contact our Customer Support Team again.
