Where can I find my invoice?
You can view the invoice of your order through the link view invoices. By filling in your oder number and e-mail address you will be able to view your invoice.
When you are a registered user of Best2Serve you can see the invoices by logging into your account with your e-mail address and password.
I have received more than one invoice, but I've only placed one order. Why did I more than one invoice?

Due to the European Law and regulations it is possible that you receive multiple invoices for 1 order. I recieved an invoice with a VAT rate that differs from the VAT rat in my country. What happened?

Why I do not have an invoice including my company VAT?
There Best2Serve is a business to consumer company, we do not sent out invoices with your VAT number, we do include our VAT number.
During what period can I return my order?
You have the right to return your order within 14 days, no questions asked. After this period you can only return your order by providing us with a valid reason of return and approval by our Customer Service department.
What are the conditions for returning an order?
Services
You have the right to cancel the purchase within 14 working days from the day after receipt of the product free of charge and without giving reasons. For service products (HP Care Pack, McAfee services, Absolute, HP Technical Phone Support, HP repairs) the service cannot be revoked if you have already used the service in its entirety. Think of an HP Technical Phone Support service that you have already fully used. If you have used part of the service, the used part will be deducted from your refund. Think of a McAfee LiveSafe subscription that you have already used for 2 weeks before canceling it.
If you wish to return the ordered service or for any other reason wish to receive compensation for a service already provided, please contact us via the contact form.
Physical products
You have the right to return the purchase within 14 working days from the day after receipt of the product free of charge and without giving any reason. Shipping costs for the return of physical products (HP Recovery Media and supplies) are paid by the customer. Return shipments are at your own risk. Always ask for a track & trace number.

What are the costs for returning?
Returning your items is done at your own expense, unless agreed upon differently due to the nature of your return. Returns with insufficient postage will not be accepted and cannot be credited.
How can I return an article?
In case you want to return your order, you can contact us via the contact form. After filling in the form, you will receive instructions via email on returning your order. You will receive an email from us when your return has been processed.
What do I do when I have received an incorrect or damaged article?
When you receive your order, please check the content of your order thoroughly. Incorrect or damaged articles can be returned. We will send you a replacement or will refund the value of the article(s). Would you like to receive another product? Please place a new order.
When will I receive my refund?
The term of receiving your refund, depends on the chosen payment method. Once we have received your return and have refunded you the money, we will inform you by email. If you have not received the refund within three weeks after our Customer Support Team has informed you, please contact our Customer Support Team again.
