  • Your product is no longer supported. When your product is older than 3 to 5 years it is possible that it is no longer supported by HP Technical Phone Support.
  • You own a premium HP product (ie. Series Envy, Spectre and Omen). In this case it is possible you are entitled to a free HP support service. You can contact HP via this page.
